Good day, i was in an accident 2 days ago and went for an mri/ct scans that only picked up a broken nose. i'm almost on day 3 and i still have heavy dizziness, breathing and chest pains. please advise me on what to do?

Reexamination: I recommend a repeat examination. Following head trauma, even seemingly trivial trauma, dizziness is not unusual in the post traumatic days. However in view of your symptoms of chest pains and some breathing difficulties I recommend that you be reexamined. Breathing difficulties can be related to nasal congestion or chest pathology sustained in the accident which was not initially apparent.
