i have chonic headaches like a vice on my temples with dizziness over 2 months now.i had a mri and ct of brain and clear.please can someone help.

Muscle contraction: You are describing muscle contraction headaches. These are usually due to tension and jaw clenching. Most effective approach is stress reduction. See a cognitive behavioral therapist for stress reduction training, exercise and try to de litter your life.
