Likely stable: A concussion by definition is head trauma resulting in acute loss of consciousness, loss of memory, or combination of both. The ER physician did not apparently see additional problems at the time. Dizziness and headaches are common sequelae from acute head injuries. Since you appear concerned, suggest you discuss your symptoms with your doctor and decide whether further evaluation is warranted.
