Monitor: with neurolgic exams and periodic zMRIs. PT will help and if no damage is noted on mRI- go for rehabilative therapy.

Head injury: You state damage to your Cerebellum so I am assuming you had a head injury. Although most people will have symptoms which resolve in a few weeks after a head injury, some people will take longer. This can be up to a year. This is known as a post concussion syndrome.
