I have dizziness and swollen occcipital lymph nodes that hurt for longer then a month , what could be cauing the issue?, i have had a ct scan and a mri and they both were normal?

If the dizziness is positional vertigo I'm not sure the occipital lymphadenopathy is related.unless you have an inner ear disorder in conjunction with a viral infection but I wouldn't expect lymph node tenderness to last a month. Have you been evaluated by an ENT specialist? Have you had a CBC&diff or mono test? If not I recommend that you have these done and be examined by ENT again.
