See discussion: There’s no reason that paxil (paroxetine) wouldn’t manage your panic disorder even if you’ve been off of it. Much of it depends upon how well you responded to it in the past, if you had side effects, etc. Please discuss with your provider such that you may be prescribed an adequate dose to treat your symptoms.
