2-3 cups per day: Research studies have proven benefit of eating the juice of 3/4 pound of blueberries a day for 12 weeks. 3 cups of fruit a day is recommended, though you can also include other anti-oxidant rich fruits like raspberries, blackberries, cherries and grapes.
