Many: Sources: berries, beans, fruits, vegetables, green tea, coffee, red wine, many fruit juices, nuts, herbs (ground cloves, cinnamon, ginger, oregano, turmeric powder), grains (especially old-based products), & dark chocolate. It is highly recommended to consume whole foods rather than take supplements. Antioxidants add to general health regardless of illness but medical care is necessary for specifi.

Veggies & fruits : Gogi berries, pomegranates, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, prunes, raisins, raspberries, plums, cherries, red grapes, oranges, kale, alfalfa sprouts, brussel sprouts, spinach, red bell peppers, onions, beets, broccoli flowers, & eggplant are all rich in antioxidants.
