No science here: On the internet, you can find a huge amount written about which "superfood" is right for which "body type." it's almost all made up out of whole cloth as entertainment or worse. If you are interested in this, get with a scientific physician with a focus on holistic / nutritional / complementary medicine to help you get evidence-based medicine in your service.
