Probably normal: After the surgery, there probably will be inflammation that will affect the surrounding nerves. This might explain the tingling, numbness and lack of pain. There is a chance that the nerves that go to the big toe might have been injured during the surgery but it is too early to tell. Monitor the color of your toe, if it becomes too pale or blue/purple, show it to your doctor. I hope this helps.

After effects....: You can almost count on the numbness or tingling to be present after revision surgeries, especially when the toes are involved. The tingling will probably the first to disappear, while the numbness may take longer. If there's a positive side to this, at least there is no or only minimal pain.
