I am sorry : To hear your problem. Without knowing what procedures you had or being able to exam your foot it makes it a little more difficult. Has anyone made any suggestions to you? It would be important to pinpoint pain and then possibly try and inject the region. Doctors have various medications at their disposal they may want to inject with the aim of relieving your symptoms. What does your surgeon sugges.
