Dr is treating: symptoms,not lab results,to be sure you do not have UTI and that it goes away if you have it..

I'd like to ask if I have to seek help for IM regarding my urinalysis result. It says that I have UTI. pH 5, RBC 5-8, WBC 20-25, moderate epithelial cells, has few bacteria?
No symptoms of UTI u/s color yellow, clea,r *few bacteria RBC h 24 no WBC blood moderate does this mean cancer?
Prior urinalysis showed RBC 3-10 hpf, mucous threads present and few bacteria. Repeat month later shows no RBC but does show few mucous, many bacteria, few Amorph Urate, and 5-10 hpf Squam Epi. No UTI symptoms. Anything to worry about?
