In my urinalysis yesterday, my rbc and wbc are both 2-3/hpf. what does this mean? do i have urinary tract infection?

Clean Catch Urine: If you are uncircumcised, this could be a contamination. From the phrasing of your question i take it you are not experiencing any urinary symptoms. A culture could be done. If you're circumcised or you are having urinary problems, then the findings should be considered real and a urine culture obtained. Infection would possible; kidney stones, prostatitis or urethritis would be more likely.

This may be normal: If you don't have any symptoms of UTI you don't need treatment.
