No: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, blood in urine is something that needs to be looked at. If you were menstruating at the time of the test, first thing to do would be to repeat the test when you are not bleeding.

I'd like to ask if I have to seek help for IM regarding my urinalysis result. It says that I have UTI. pH 5, RBC 5-8, WBC 20-25, moderate epithelial cells, has few bacteria?
Urine ph is greater than 9, feel like I have UTI, but no bacteria, wbc or rbc.
Can UTI cause hip/back pain? Took cefdinir for UTI all pain gone. No bacteria in urinalysis and no growth culture but took one dose macrobid two days prior. 0-2 RBC, 21-50 WBC, leuko erat +. All else neg. Have trapped stone and on warfarin.
Doc treated for uti., urinalysis showed 0-5 bacteria, 1 wbc, 1 rbi, trace of leuco & blood, all else norm. Given anti's but it happened again. Ideas?
