Possibly: The fatigue can be due to recurrent respiratory infections, secondary to the immunoglobulin defiencies, and the low antibodies titers, kindly keep the follow up with an allergist/immunologist preferably in a tertiary care facility, you may need intravenous immunoglobulins replacement therapy, wish you wellness
