Possibly: If I am understaning this right you have a monoclonal protien band? The most important next steps here would be to identify the band (immunofixation) and then perfrom quantitvaive immunoglobulin levels. IF there is a monoclonal band, you may very well have reciprocal depriciation of alternative immunoglobulins and IgA deficiecny with an IgG monoclonal protein is possible.

I have had two Quantitative serum immunoglobulin tests in 2 months my IGG, IGA was normal my IGM was low on both test what could this mean?
I took a Immunofixation serum test in December and it was negative. I took it again in January and February. The IFE interpretation says: IgG kappa monoclonal band present. A faint monoclonal free lambda light chain is detected. Do I have cancer?
