Healthy eating: Fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds are less expensive than meat. Avoid any pre-packaged foods, fruit juice (sugar), and certainly soda. Eggs are great, the whole egg, not just the yolk. Peace and good health. Grow your own vegetables if possible, even tomato plants inside the house in a gallon bucket.
