That's a bit: Difficult but multiple liquid supplements exist. Trade mcdonald's for subway, try to eliminate sugar from liquids. Are you thin or overweight? You are sleepy but not sleeping at night? Grind teeth or snore loudly at night?F you havea persistent fatigue, not sleeping well, crying spells or high internal stress, nutrition alone will not help. May need treatment for stress and mood to solve issue.
