500calorie deficit : You need 10 calories per pound of weight if you are a male and 8 calories if you are a female. Now after knowing how many calories you need aim to plan to eat 500 calories from that number. Exercise for 60 minutes a day at least for 6 days of the week.Be patient and be consistent with your efforts and these are needed for the long term. Should also take 1 gram of first class proteins per kilogram
