Can mcburney's point be painful in anything else than appendicitis? negative labs and us. 5 days appendix type pain. no rebound pain.

McBurney's point...: ...is situated over the right side of the abdomen one-third of the distance from the anterior superior iliac spine to the navel. This point roughly corresponds to the most common location of the base of the appendix.
