Mesenteric adenitis: It is when someone has inflammation in the abdomen with swollen lymph nodes. It takes time to recover. Recommend rest. If you are able to tolerate food, walk, urinate without issues.. supportive care is the best strategy. Tylenol (acetaminophen) for fever and lots of water are best recourse for your malady
