No: Acute appendicitis progresses over 24 to 48 hours towards perforation, with severe localized infection, abscess and in some cases diffuse peritonitis. Even 36 hours after symptoms start the ct scan shows many abnormalities. 12 days later with a normal ct you don't have acute appendicitis.

Unlikely : There are many causes for abdominal pain. If you have any other symptoms, like fever, loss of appetite, back or pelvic pain it might still be a consideration. It is best to see your doctor and be properly examined.

Possible but....: After 12 days, if you had untreated appendicitis, you would probably be septic. Do you have a fever? An elevated white blood cell count? If the answer is no to both of these, then it is highly unlikely that you have appendicitis. Review your lab results with your physician.
