Normal appendix: A normal appendix can have some fibrous obliteration of the lumen described by the pathologist, that is a normal benign finding in a normal appendix.

Normal (sort of): "fibrous obliteration of the appendix" is a common finding in incidentally removed normal appendices; it is of no clinical concern. Not sure what "lesions" refers to, however.
