Do you think i have appendicitis. i have had rlq pain for 12 days and the pain is at the exact location of the appendix. no contrast ct was clear?

doubtful: As ct is pretty reliable for appendicitis and appendicitis doesn't last for 12 days. Sounds like constipation, hernia, abdominal wall pain. See your doctor for a full examination.
