By SCLC, I presume: you mean small cell lung cancer...a type of lung cancer that is aggressive and is a neuroendocrine tumor which can produce ectopic hormones. But it certainly wouldn't be the first thing you would think of if you have "endocrine issues." The thyroid, pituitary, adrenal glands need full evaluation as well as other work-up. If lung CT "clear" would not pursue SCLC as cause. Best wishes:)
