Talk to your doctor: You are right in needing the derm and endocrine referrals; unfortunately, I am not sure anyone here can help you in this setting. You will need your pcp to give the appropriate referrals. Good luck!

Help: Only a doctor seeing you can give you proper referrals, but you need proper testing and possibly diet changes. Consider looking for an integrative medicine or functional medicine physician or an nd who will treat you as a whole person.
