Ct scan picked up a lump in my breast near my nipple - i cant feel anything. i have no pain or lumps that i can tell. is this likely to be cancer im scared. this was an incidental finding. i have had a neuro endocrine tumor in the past?

Was the CT scan done because of your history of Neuroendocrine tumor or carcinoid or because of concern for breast pathology? For reassurance in this case, I recommend an examination by a breast surgeon unless the lump wasn't within breast tissue and was a skin lesion that your MD can evaluate.

You forget to tell us the indication of chest CT scan. Breast lump is often asymptomatic, sometimes you may or may not feel it with self breast exam. Usually, radiologist will give the impression and recommend the next step. You are young so I do not think you have mammogram done before and that could be the next step to decide if the lump should be biopsied. Nothing to suggest K yet, do not worry
