Need Clarification: Calcium 10.1 is normal. Then you are asking if somebody has prolactinoma, what is the chance of men type 1? Very low possibility since prolactinoma is not common and men is a rare disease. Fatigue is very non-specific finding that can be seen in diverse types of condition or disease. Plz talk to pcp.
