Early cdt lung blood tests positive for p53 autoantibody 4mm nodule on ct, muscle loss&fatigue. worried about sclc but doc says no concerns. thoughts?

Mgt: The antibody may be associated with lung cancer. I would suggest having samples obtained from sputum and/or lung lavage. Three samples may be sent for Cytologic analysis. This should be further discussed with your physician since there are other details of your history that are missing. Risk factors such as smoking history and family history should be considered.
