Chubby w visible heartbeat after a round of antibiotics. this 24/7 like a thumping sound and i can see & hear my chest move with each beat ( hr normal). many ekg's, stress test, x-ray, blood all fine. sometimes i hear a double beat. what can it be?

Visible heartbeat: For how you had this? feels like a mass? is it pulsatile? please describe with detail the location. Why you were on antibiotics? did you has fever? Did you had an MRI. If the pulsatile mass is at the sternal level, anterior,, I think you have an aneurysm of the ascending aorta. Is imperative to have an MRI, you can have a CT surgeon. IF the diagnosis is the one I think, may be indicated, amass through the chest wall, and pulsatile, requires immediate attention. Make the appointment with a ct surgeon today.
