Not all chest pain is cardiac related. Once the cardiac work up is completed, seek other causes like esophageal motility disorders, thoracic outlet syndrome, etc under the guidance of your doctor.

At your age the protest probability is very low that your pain is cardiac. Minor troponin elevations can occur for multiple reasons. Getting a full work up looking for non cardiac causes is advisable especially if symptoms are persistent.
