No it's not: Is it just one calf? If so, you could have a blood clot and you need to be evaluated now. If it is both, well, it COULD be two clots but that's unusual. If there could have been pressure under the thigh during the trip and if the symptoms are resolving, then not to worry. If you are on BCP's, then do worry.
