PPI: a class of medication call proton pump inhibitors (PPI) has been shown to be most effective for erosive esophagitis, and includes medications like omeprazole. But be sure that you see a gastroenterologist to be sure that this is from reflux and not involve infectious or allergic (eosinophilic esophagitis) or complication of medications, for example.
