How serious is microscopic blood in the stool? i can't see it but stool test (fit) says it's there.

U r young.: Things like anal fissure, hemorrhoids can cause positive blood in stool. How long do u have this problem. Also there are certain food substances we take can falsely give positive results for blood. You are very young .Do you have any intestinal symptoms like constiption,diarrhea, pain abdomen, lot of gas production ,poor appetite, lump in the bd.Then the blood in the stool needs to be looked into.
