37 year old. had gastritis and doctor is treating me for h pylori. after starting the treatment, i see foamy stool. i didn't have it before. is this something serious.no pain or blood or loose stools?

Have you finished the therapeutic regimen? If yes, how long and what medications were you taking? I would say the stool change is due to med side effect and the stool character should normalize in time.
