Need more evaluation: At this point your doc will order a second test to complete the colonoscopy. This may be an enema with contrast that will show your colon on x-ray film or a ct scan with contrast in your bowel. With the findings on your second scope, your doc must make sure your colon is really okay. Good job in getting scoped.

Needs evaluation: If your colon evaluation was incomplete and you have heme positive stools you need your complete colon evaluated either with barium enema, helical ctscan, or repeat colonoscopy (using a pediatric scope, perhaps a general anesthetic, and make sure you have an experienced gastroenterologist or colon and rectal surgeon do your procedure.).

Need to find out: It means you are bleeding from your intestine, possibly your colon. This could be due to benign causes like diverticula disease or due to cancer. If a colonoscopy can't be done a barium enemy should be considered or a virtual colonoscopy. Any of these can help identify the cause of bleeding and better assess the narrowing you have.
