Two options: Option one- Surgically removing the ovarian cyst and starting hormone replacement therapy in some form.(pill, patch, etc.) Option two-Surgically removing only the cyst with the understanding that you are an ovarian cyst former and it may recur, but you are trying to conserve your natural ovarian hormone source and are willing to take the risk of recurrence. Talk to your GYN MD in detail about this
