May not be a pimple: Instead of an ordinary pimple there may be more to this. Perhaps you have a cold sore on the tip of your nose or some other problems such as skin cancer brewing. Of course I could not tell you for sure without looking at this. My advice would be to apply heat and if it does not improve in the day seek a physician who can look at it
