Warm compresses: The most important thing is not to pick or try to pop the lesion. Warm compresses will help reduce the inflammation and perhaps draw it to a head. Lastly, over the counter products with benozyl peroxide can be used to dry out the lesion. If it is large contact you dematologist as more aggressive treatment may be necessary.
