Might need a look...: This is one of those that is easiest to diagnose by looking, but it could be folliculitis (minor infection or inflammation of hair follicle) which occurs in hair-bearing areas. Also it could be molluscum--a viral infection that is not uncommon in genital areas in adults. If you want to be certain or if this one enlarges or you get more lesions, you should probably consult your doctor.
