Many choices: The healthiest foods are vegetables and good protein. Use organic whole grain bread (ideally with sprouted grains). Include avocado, lettuce, tomato, onions and maybe cucumber, pickles or sauerkraut on all for veggies. For protein you can choose hummus, organic cheese (preferably raw), a veggie burger, eggs, lox, sliced chicken or turkey (preferably organic). By mixing and matching many options!
