Best salt: Salt is salt is salt is salt. So use the cheapest unless you need to spend money. Try not to go above 1,500 mg of sodium per day especially if you have a history of high blood pressure in your family (about 3/4 teaspoon) but this will depend on how hot it is where you live. Best to ask your medical team what is the best intake of salt for you where you live based on your family history.

Sea salt: will serve you best. Please avoid table salt. It retails less minerals after refining and is so fine that when you use it you tend to ingest more salt than when using sea salt. Peace and good health.
