Fungal infection: Apply lotrimin (clotrimazole) and keep without socks so it airs out

Might be: Could be. Usually this is inside the smallest toe. Could be fungus or something else. No harm in application of AZOL:E cream----- miconazole, clotrimazole, ketoconaziole. Ventillate feet: barefoot in home, no sox in bed.
