This : This can be anything from a simple skin fissure to skin cancer. There is simply not enough information to give you a meaningful answer. So, so many things can cause "sores" on the foot that it's impossible to tell without seeing it and knowing more information. Why not just go to a podiatrist and find out what's wrong?
