Dehydration ...: The scenario suggests she might have significant dehydration with marginally poor renal function; after rehydration with IV, s creatinine will drop and fluid would be distributed into her vascular & interstitial space. So, that is okay as long as having no heart failure and unwanted edema. More? Ask treating doc for individual specific questions since s/he knows more about hers than anyone online.
