Its in normal range: It is still within normal range and change from 0.9 to 1.09 may be due to you not drinking enough fluids.Normal level in men is 0.6 to 1.2milligram/desiliter.

Normal values.: Both values are normal. In addition, exercising will increase creatinine levels. Diet will have not effect. Stop worrying. Have it rechecked in 3 months. If still normal, have a nice life.
