Get Seen!: When you have edema (swelling) everywhere it is often termed anasarca. It can be caused by kidney failure. Some women after pregnancy will have a deterioration in kidney function. Also, heart failure can cause fluid retention and can occur after pregnancy. I would stop eating any salt since this will increase the volume in the blood space and worsen swelling and avoid nsaids. Get checked out.
