Recently got copies of my blood test results throughout years and i have low creatinine in every one of them. why it would be lower than normal? also got high serum urea level on the recent test?

A low creatinine level is of no significance. A high urea level relative to the creatinine level is usually indicative of dehydration.

Serum creatinine levels are determined by a combination of muscle mass and renal function. Low levels mean low muscle mass, not any fault of the kidney. How high is your urea level? Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless. Wish you good health!
