Neck lump: was he/she treating a sebaceous cyst or a lymph node?? - in that location you could have small lymph nodes pop up especially during a cold or sore throat A pea sized lump could also have been a small sebaceous cyst. if it hasn't grown in size I wouldn't be too worried.
