Lymph node?: Could be a lymph node or a lipoma which is just a benign fat tumor. Have your MD feel it and order Ultrasound or biopsy as needed.

Lump: Possibly a lymph node from your tooth but hard to tell from your description. You should have it checked out. They may have you do an ultrasound
